• Alvandress Mcgoley, 30, for two counts of failure to appear and held without bond.

• Stewart Chandler, 42, for 10 counts of failure to appear, and order of arrest and held without bond.

• Hunter J. Duffel, 22, for child support, and held without bond.

• Kerry Ann Rollins, 46, for theft of services and held on a $3,000 bond.

• Frederick O. Chambers, 44, for theft of services and held on a $3,000 bond.
