• Hunter Lowery, 22, for three counts of failure to appear and held without bond.

• Zackery Smith, 30, for violation of probation, and held without bond.

• William Calloway, 62, for commitment order, and held without bond.

• Brian Phillips, 43, for criminal trespassing first, and held on a $3,000 bond.
