July Jamz maybe a little more than a month to go, but the line-up is full.

Andalusia Area Chamber of Commerce Director Chrissie Duffy said they recently narrowed down the entertainment.

On July 7, Lil Jimmy Reed will perform along with hometowners the Carroll Williams Band

Skylar Henley will open the night’s performance.

On July 14, Issues will perform and Peyton Prevett and Aubrey McKee will open for them.

July 21, Jeff Sellers and Friends will open the show and 10-6 Upstairs from Brantley will be the headline act.

The last week, July 28, GP38 will open for Jessica Meuse of American Idol fame.

“I’m really excited about it,” Duffy said.

The foam machine is set and Duffy said she is working with Jimmy Cox at Carolina Mill Work on a new upgraded stage conception, which will include a little cover and rooftop and some really neat signs and banners.

“We also want to promote the food vendors,” she said. “I really would like to get some more food vendors. We need someone selling burgers and barbecue.”

Duffy said in the first year, attendance averaged 400 to 500 people per show.

They also need a few more sponsors, she said.

The event will be held on the grounds of Springdale Estate.
