• Joshua Wallace 36, for possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana second, and held on a $23,5000 bond.

• Kegan L. Nath-Palmer, 22, for failure to appear, and held without bond.

• Willie Frank Yawn, 33, for failure to appear, and held without bond.

• Cindy Nicole Tillery, 41, for five counts of failure to appear, and held on a $4,500 bond.
