• Gary Parsons, 43, for failure to register, failure to notify, failure to register as ex-felon, and carrying a concealed weapon, and held on a $26,000 bond.

• Misty Stanton, 37, for public intoxication, and held on a $400 bond.

• David Lance Huggins, 44, for public intoxication, and held on a $500 bond.
