• Kendra D. Pate, 25, for three counts of failure to appear, and held without bond.

• Pepper D. Saultz, 38, for failure to appear, and held without bond.

• Michael Ladon Rabon, 34, for manufacturing second and possession of drug paraphernalia, and held on a $250,000 bond.

• Starr Angela Vickery, 30, for manufacturing second and possession of drug paraphernalia, and held on a $250,000 bond.
