Andalusia schools hire 8

The Andalusia City School Board on Tuesday made several personnel decisions, including:
• Accepting the resignations of Morgen Burnette, AES third grade teacher; and Suzanne Cotton, AES first grade teacher.
• Hiring Ragan Harwell as and AES second grade teacher
• Hiring Megan Pugh as an AES first grade teacher.
• Hiring Aubri Morgan as an AJHS science teacher.
• Hiring Jordan Driver as an AJHS math teacher.
• Hiring Jarret Williamson as an AHS science teacher.
• Hiring Evan Soles as an AHS career preparedness teacher.
• Hiring Molly Bailey as an AHS English teacher.
• Hiring Marcie Watson as an AES CNP worker.
The board also learned of the following assignments for recent hires:
• Jeanne Morgan, AES kindergarten, replacing Angie Cofied.
• Melissa McInvale, AES fourth grade, replacing Debbie Grimes.
• April Thrower, AES third grade, replacing Susan Cravey.
• Magen Foley, AES fifth grade, replacing Kay Ingram.
• Natalie Mims, AES fourth grade, replacing Morgan Burnette.
