Man violates notification act

A Kinston resident was arrested by the Opp Police Department last week for violation of the community notification act, Opp Police said Tuesday.
Cory Allen Richardson, 21, was living at a Folsom Street residence and failed to notify law enforcement official that he was living there.
He was remanded to the Covington County Jail.
