Just a little more than an hour later, OPD made a traffic stop on a Toyota Corolla on Perry Store Road for failure to display a license plate.

As the officer approached the vehicle, he observed smoking coming out of the vehicle from an open window.

The officer smelled burned marijuana and located some.

A 19-year-old female was arrested for possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The name of the female has not been released.

At 9:45 p.m., OPD units were called to the Hardage Circle in response to a large crowd and people fighting.

Units arrived on the scene and the crowd dispersed.

At 10:10 p.m., OPD was called to a domestic disturbance at Lakeview Village on Cool Springs Road. Upon arrival, officers determined that a 45-year-old male resident had cut himself with a knife and punched a vehicle windshield busting the windshield with his fist.
