• Sylvia Marcus, 46, for possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, and held on a $13,000 bond.

• Kelvin Wise, 38, for three counts of failure to appear, and held without bond.

• Zatoyia Miller, 35, for unemployment compensation CL, and held on a $20,000 bond.

• Rachel A. Moore, 27, for failure to appear, and held without bond.

• Rayburn Lee Mauldin, 39, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and violation of probation, and held on a $13,000 bond.

• John William Kearns, 28, for violation of probation, and held without bond.

• Castroe Beltran, 25, for grand jury indictment, and held on a $250,000 bond.

• Johnathan Fleming, 25, for violation of probation, and held without bond.

• Patrick O. Bell, 50, for failure to appear, and held on a $1,000 bond.
