• Rosa Mae Berry, 48, public intoxication and held on a $300 bond.

• Andy Richard Bogda, 55, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, and held on a $13,000 bond.

• Joseph N. Acreman, 26, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of failure to appear, and held on a $13,000 bond.

• Phillip Peebles, 40, for failure to appear, and probation revocation and held without bond.
