• Malik Sullivan-Carr, 20, for two counts of failure to appear and held without bond.

• Edward R. Harrison, 49, for five counts of negotiating a worthless instrument and held on a $15,000 bond.

• Lance Robert Taylor, 28, for failure to appear, and held without bond.

• Bobby Ellis Steele, 51, for possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $13,000 bond.

• Charles Michael Adams, 49, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and manufacturing second and held on a $250,000 bond.

• Burtish L. Quarles, 38, for failure to appear, and held without bond.

• Justin D. Buckalew, 26, for failure to appear, and held on an $896 bond.
