Jeff and Sara Dungan of Birmingham announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Hannah-Louise Dungan, to Jay McCord of Andalusia, son of Lynne McCord Chancellor and the late Greg McCord.

The bride-elect earned a bachelor’s degree in communications and business from Troy University. She is a graduate of Homewood High School. She is employed by Bayer Properties.

The groom-to-be earned a degree in exercise science from Troy University and is employed by Cintas First Aid and Safety. He is also a graduate of Andalusia High School.

The wedding will be an event of Oct. 29, 2016. Formal invitations will be sent.
