• Cedric Levon Ervin, 39, for two counts of failure to appear and held without bond.

• Leonard Eugene Dorsey, 52, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• Gary Lewis Crittenden, 44, for negotiating a worthless instrument and held on a $3,000 bond.

• Kelvin D. Peacock, 41, for drug trafficking, possession of marijuana first, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, and attempting to elude, and held on a $595,000 bond.

• Robert Theodore Mummert, 21, for possession off a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $13,000 bond.

• Shirley M. Jackson, for hindering prosecution second and held on a $3,000 bond.

• Lacey Lynn Schmidt, 19, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $13,000 bond.

• John J. Cooper, 38, for violation of probation, and held without bond.
