Voting has begun in The Star-News’ third annual Best of the Best readers’ choice competiton.

The fill-in-the-blank ballot is printed on Page 5 of today’s print edition. Readers are invited to vote for their favorite foods, businesses, service providers and leaders.

Ballots must be turned in or mailed to The Star-News by Tues., Sept. 6. Winners will be announced in late September.

“It’s always fun to see how interested people become in casting votes for their favorites,” Star-News publisher Michele Gerlach said. “It’s a fun promotion for us, and we encourage area residents to help us select the best of the best Andalusia and Covington County have to offer.”
