• Thomas Maxwell, 51, for failure to appear, and held without bond.

• Chancellor Matthews, 32, for contempt, and held without bond.

• Michael Huber, 59, for possession of marijuana second, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of probation, and held on a $10,5000 bond.

• Richard Tillman, 33, for tampering with evidence and resisting arrest, and held on a $6,000 bond.

• Derek Spivey, 33, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana second and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $20,5000 bond.

• Timothy W. Grayson, 45, for violation of probation, and held without bond.

• Tasha Spivey, 31, for violation of probation, and held without bond.
