• Paul Ray Ratliff, 46, for domestic violence third, and held on a $500 bond.
• Michael F. Huber, 59, for failure to appear, and held on a $300 bond.
Derek L. Spivey, 33, for burglary third and theft of property, and held on $20,000 bond.
