The Covington County Children’s Policy Council, PowerSouth Energy Cooperative and Covington Electric Cooperative will hold a workforce development and safety forum for professionals overseeing safety of employees in the workplace for drug and alcohol screening programs.
The event will be held Tues., Oct. 4, at PowerSouth beginning at 10 a.m.
Judge Trippy McGuire will speak.
Jo McGuire, an advocate for safe and drug-free workplaces and communities will speak as well.
Sgt. Dale Quigley, a training manager with Rocky Mountain HIDTA will speak.
