The Andalusia Police Department’s third Annual National Night Out will be from 6 until 9 tonight, Tues., Oct. 4. The event will be held Opp Avenue and Church Street in front of the Andalusia Police Department.

National Night Out is a nationwide event created by the National Association of Town Watch. Police departments across the country participate in an effort to bring the public and police officers together and to promote community awareness and safety.

There will be face painting and games for the kids, grab bags, concessions, karaoke contest and a bounce house.
