An Opp teenager found himself behind bars and facing burglary charges recently.

Opp Police Chief Mike McDonald said that OPD D-shift officers were dispatched to Channell-Lee Stadium in reference to a theft and burglary complaint.

“When officers arrived, they observed that a concession stand had be forcibily entered and Opp band officials advised offciers that an unknown quanity of food and beverage items were stolen.” he said.

Christian Eugene McGugin, 18, was charged with burglary III and theft of property IV.
