• Thomas L. Eubanks, 30, for child support, and held without bond.
• Richard Michael Long, 58, for unauthorized use of a vehicle, and held on a $1,000 bond
• Eddie Gene Locke, 67, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear, and held on a $13,000 bond.
• Cindy Renee Long, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear, and held on a $13,000 bond.
• Jason E. Douglas, 45, for two counts of failure to appear, and held without bond.
• Michael Thomas Lee, 27, for failure to appear, and held without bond.
