• Octavius Terrell Mobley, 22, for rug trafficking, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana second, and held on a $275,000 bond.
• Brandon E. Marshall, 51, for five counts of failure to appear, and held without bond.
• Jessica Marie Bush, 33, bondsman off bond.
• Kalesha Aladonya Hill, 40, for driving under the influence, and held on a $7,500 bond.
• Lisa Marie Taylor, 28, for theft of property fourth, and held on a $500 bond.
