The date for the next Covington Region Honor Flight has changed.

Originally set for May 6, the flight has been changed to May 3, due to flight schedules.

This is the seventh flight the organization has organized.

The program takes World War II, Korea and Vietnam veterans, free of charge, to Washington, D.C., for the day, where they will visit sites such as the World War II memorial, Arlington National Cemetery and the Korean and Vietnam memorials.

The cost for guardians will be around $550.
