The Andalusia Police Department released a statement Thursday afternoon saying their investigation has determined there was no foul play involved in a death reported Wednesday afternoon at 200 River Falls St.

An unidentified male subject was found deceased
just before 1:30 p.m. APD Chief Paul Hudson said late Wednesday afternoon that the body had been sent to the Department of Forensic Sciences for an autopsy.

Thursday, the department’s statement said the identity of the deceased was not being revealed pending the results of a toxicology report.
