• Veterans Day parade in downtown Andalusia at 9 a.m., followed by a program at the veterans monument.
• three Notch Museum will be open until 2 p.m. after the Veterans Day parade. The museum has a number of artifacts from wars.
• Veterans Day Luncheon at 2 p.m. at VFW #4388 in Red Level. Veterans’ lunch is free. Open to public; donations for lunch appreciated.
• Opp AMVETS Post 23 will celebrate Veterans Day at its service center at 203 Martin Luther King Dr., Opp, at noon Fri., Nov. 11.

A special recognition of Vietnam Era veterans is planned.

A light lunch will be served compliments of Post 23’s Ladies Auxiliary.
