• Richard Dean Long, 27, for driving under the influence and held on a $7,500 bond.
• Jacob Seth Bishop, 19, for minor in possession, minor in consumption and giving false information, and held on a $9,000 bond.
• Billy Wayne Bell, 70, for four counts of failure to appear, and held without bond.
