Students get first glimpse of Candyland [with gallery]

Candyland officially opened on Thursday with special events for kindergarten and fourth grade students from Andalusia Elementary School.
Kindergarten students were invited to play in the houses on the Court Square, and see the first snow fall. Fourth graders visited Springdale, where they ice skated and enjoyed the new snow slide.
The attractions open to the public tonight for a month of fun. The schedule follows.
Candyland Village Play Schedule:
(Starting Dec. 2)
Fridays – 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturdays – 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Sundays – 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Snow Show Spectacular!
Fridays at 6 p.m.
Saturdays at 5 p.m.
Sundays at 3 p.m.
Open Dec. 2-30
