4 things to know this weekend

The Andalusia Ballet will present the holiday classic The Nutcracker at 7:30 tonight, Sat., Dec. 10, and at 2:30 p.m. tomorrow, Sun., Dec. 11, at the Dixon Center on the campus of LBW Community College.

All tickets are $15 and general admission. Tickets are available at Christopher’s on the West Bypass or at Harold’s on East Three Notch. The also are available online at www.andalusiaballet.com.

 

The Tri-Cities Chamber of Commerce will host its annual Christmas parade in Florala at 5 p.m. today. The theme is “Bright lights, Christmas delights.”

 

Harmony Baptist Church, 20932 County Road 70, will host its annual Walk Through Live Nativity from 6 until 8 tonight and tomorrow night, Sat. and Sun., Dec. 10 and 11.

 

And then there is Candyland.

There is no charge for admission, cottage play, or train rides. There is a $5 ticket for sliding, and a $5 for skating.
