• Michael A. Harrison, 35, for possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance, and held on a $13,000 bond.
• W.C. Lane, 27, for negotiating a worthless instrument, and held on a $3,000 bond.
• Raymond Shaw, 35, for possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance, and held on a $13,000 bond.
• Melissa Capers, 43, for eight counts of negotiating a worthless instrument, and held on a $24,000 bond.
• Bradley Chadwick, 27, for violation of probation, and held without bond.
• Kevin Qualls, 32, for failure to appear, , and held without bond.
• Michael Stokes, 39, for public intoxication, and held on a $300 bond.
• Cedric D. Neaver, 33, for possession of a controlled substance, attempting to elude, reckless endangerment, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia, and held on a $22,000 bond.
