Greenville added 34 points in the second – the most allowed by the Bobcats in a single quarter this season – for a 54-17 halftime lead.

Opp scored 12 in quarter number two with Shawn Tillis putting in eight. Greenville scored 19 in each of the third and fourth quarters while Opp put up 14 in the third with Reggie Thompson putting up eight and Orlando Lacey six.

A pair of threes by Vittorio Reed and Keshaun Crenshaw in the fourth was all the scoring for the Bobcats in the final eight minutes.

Greenville finished with 92 points defeating Opp 92-37.

“We came up against a tough team” said Bobcat coach Willie Edwards. “They didn’t miss any threes they attempted. We need to be able to put this game behind us and come back and play on Saturday,” he added as well.

Reggie Thompson led the Bobcats with 12 points, Shawn Tillis had 10 points, and Orlando Lacey had six.

Opp will play the winner of today’s Florala/Red Level game on Saturday at 4:30 p.m.
