Earnestine Mitchell Simmons

Mrs. Earnestine Mitchell Simmons, 86, of Red Level, passed away Thursday, December 15, 2016 at Andalusia Regional Hospital.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, December 17th at Foreman Funeral Home Chapel, interment will follow in Fairmount Cemetery. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to services at the funeral home.

She is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Donnie R. and Charlotte Simmons of Andalusia; daughters and sons-in-law, Faye and Wayne Bush of McKenzie and Jeanette and Nicky Pierce of Red Level; 6 grandchildren, Jennifer (Dean) Peavy, Wendy (David) Reid, Tracey (Julie) Simmons, Jamie (Pam) Simmons, Jessica (Kenny) Hudson, and Joshua Pierce; 10 great grandchildren, Taylor Mitchell, Gracie Simmons, Tucker Simmons, Walker Simmons, Wyatt Simmons, Weston Simmons, Lillian Hudson, Kaylee Peavy, Abbie Williams, and Cassidy Williams; sisters and brother-in-law, Voncille and Lester Lee and Willine Josey; and brother, Aubrey Smith.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Edgar Simmons, and brother, Ray Smith.

Pallbearers will include: Jeff Palmer, Jonathon Bush, Michael Bush, Shane Cook, Dennis Allred, and Darrell Lee.
