There are several special events at Candyland this weekend.

On the Square

Sat., Dec. 17, it is Hot Cocoa and Characters time from 4 until 6 p.m. Mickey, Minnie, and a number of other Meredith’s Miracles characters will be on the square, and they will be joined by the biggest character of all, Santa Claus. There will be snow at 5 p.m.

On Sun., Dec. 18, Santa will return from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m., also on the Square. There will be snow at 3 p.m.

 

At Springdale

The winter skating rink, snow tubing hill, and holiday train will be open from 1 p.m. until 9 p.m. today, Sat., Dec. 17.

As a special surprise, American Idol star Jessica Meuse will perform a few Christmas favorites at 6:30 p.m. Meuse previously has performed a concert at LBWCC, and at July Jamz.

The venue will be open from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. on Sunday.
