• Matthew Gibson, 26, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, and held on a $13,000 bond.
• Sabin Shreve, 26, for public intoxication and resisting arrest, and held on an $800 bond.
• Elbert Johnson, 39, on hold for another agency, and held ona $485 bond.
• Jeremy E. Kendrick, 31, for two counts of failure to appear, and held on a $900 bond.
• Brandon T. Majors, 31, for two counts of negotiating a worthless instrument, and held on a $6,000 bond.
• Asian Phelps, 19, for failure to appear, and held on a $399 bond.
• Stephen Anthony Ainsworth, 32, for four counts of failure to appear, and held without bond.
• Erica Morgan, 33, for failure to appear, and held on a $1,055 bond.
