• Robert David Foil, 42, for five counts of negotiating a worthless instrument, and held on a $15,000 bond.
• George Scroggins, 85, for grand jury indictment, and held on a $400,000 bond.
• Rebecca Durden, 37, for failure to appear, and held without bond.
• Kristopher Carter, 30, for failure to appear, and held on a $1,000 bond.
