• Arthur Jarvis Davis, 31, for failure to appear, and held without bond.
• Ruby Leann Gay, 24, for obstruction of government operations, and held on a $400 bond.
• Ray Timothy Jordan, 35, on hold for probation and parole, and held without bond.
