The Covington County Commission on Tuesday made appointments to various boards.

They voted to:

• reappoint Birdie Smith to the personnel review board;
• reappoint Bill Godwin to the Southeast Alabama Rural Planning Policy Committee;
• appoint Kyle Adams to the E-911 board. He will fill the vacancy left by the death of Lt. Lance Price. The term will expire May 31, 2019.
