3 Tennessee men jailed for drugs, firearms

Three Tennessee men were arrested on drug and firearms charges Thursday night.
Opp Police Chief Mike McDonald said that around 11:31 p.m., OPD D-Shift officers stopped a black 2014 Nissan on Hwy. 331 north of Opp for a traffic violation.
McDonald said an investigation by officers and K9 Bella resulted in the arrests of Anthony S. Cross, 23, of Madison, Tenn., Charles R. Skillion, 23, of Nashville, Tenn., and Tommy R. Duncan, 22, of Lawrenceberg, Tenn.
Cross was charged with possession of marijuana second degree, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a concealed weapon – pistol.
Skillion was charged with possession of marijuana second and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Duncan was charged with possession of marijuana second degree, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a concealed weapon – pistol.
The three were booked into the Covington County Jail.
