Circuit Judge Ben Bowden on Tuesday dissolved a preliminary injunction in a complaint the City of Andalusia filed against John W. Tisdale Jr., doing business as Sporting Lifestyles, for failure to purchase a 2016 business license.

According to documents obtained through alacourt.com, Tisdale and city officials this week agreed upon amounts due for Sporting Lifestyles’ 2016 business license, 2017 business license, and court fees. Tisdale paid $3,713.74 to the circuit court, and those funds will be paid to the City of Andalusia.

A hand-lettered sign on the door of Sporting Lifestyles has announced the business is relocating. The Star-News reached out to Tisdale for information about when and where the business will relocate, but he declined comment.
