• Samuel Perry Bland, 18, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana third, and held on a $20,5000 bond.
• Jeremy Glenn Childs, 45, for failure to appear (DUI), and held without bond.
• Jessie James Clanzy, 69, for public intoxication, and held on a $300 bond.
• Hinton L. Short, 45, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and held on a $13,000 bond.
• Andre Salter, 27, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, domestic violence third and burglary first, and held on a $26,000 bond.
• Mark T. Fuller, 65, for seven counts of failure to appear, and held without bond.
