Andalusia Police Chief Paul Hudson recently announced the promotion of Sgt. Jody Scott to the rank of lieutenant. Scott has been with the Andalusia Police Dept. for 16 years, starting as a patrol officer before moving to investigations six years ago. Lt. Scott is currently head of the APD’s investigations division.

Chief Hudson says he has known Lt. Scott since he came to the APD and that he will do an excellent job as lieutenant.
