Ofelia’s was named the best restaurant in Covington County by AL.com this week.

They described it as “A quaint, off-the-beaten path restaurant, Ofelia’s is open for lunch and dinner, with a menu that features such traditional Italian dishes a baked lasagna, chicken parmesan and spaghetti and meatballs.”

Editors at the statewide news site used personal experience and reviews to choose the top restaurant in each of Alabama’s 67 counties.

Big Mike’s Thomasville location was chosen best restaurant in Clarke County.
