• Shawn Curtis Wright, 24, for failure to appear, and held on a $1,000 bond.
• Gwendolyn J. Sightler, 60, for harassment, and held on a $500 bond.
• Tiffany H. Maddox, 39, for harassing communications, and held on a $500 bond.
