• Mathew Cope Hickman, 36, for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance and held on a $13,000 bond.
• Virginia Lynn Colvin, 36, for contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and held on a $3,000 bond.
• Cori N. Lawrence, 22, for arson, and held on a $20,000 bond.
• Jason Travis Lane, 39, for criminal mischief, assault second, burglary first, reckless endangerment, obstruction and disorderly conduct, and held on a $169,500 bond.
• Walter T. Kenney, 43, for four grand jury indictments, and held on a $17,500 bond.
