LBW Community College in Andalusia is offering a Cake Decorating course on May 8, 2017, 6 – 8 p.m., in the culinary kitchen in the Jeff Bishop Student Center.

This is a beginner cake decorating course. Topics include various cake decorating skills to include making icing rosettes and leaves. Icing and icing supplies will be provided. Each student will need to bring a six-inch, two-layer cake and an icing spatula.

Space is limited. The course fee is $25, plus a supply fee of $10. A total of $35 is due by May 1, 2017. Participants may register in person in the Student Services Office Monday – Thursday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. or Friday, 8 a.m. – Noon.
