• Kelly Lee Holloway, 47, for possession of drug paraphernalia, and held on a $1,000 bond.
• Cyrus Thomas Rowlette, 41, for violation of probation, and held without bond.
• Felecia Cook, 40, for two counts of failure to appear, and held without bond.
