• Otha Earl Perkins, 39, for failure to appear, and held on a $193 bond.
• Oscar Minjarez, 53, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, and held on a $13,000 bond.
• Donnie Leon Gray, 44, for public intoxication, and held on a $300 bond.
