• Allison Nicole Edgar, 23, for resisting arrest and disorderly conduct, and held on a 41,000 bond.
• Napolean Mickles, 50, for obstructing government operations and resisting arrest, and held on a $1,000 bond.
• Justin M. Woods, 24, for two counts of negotiating a worthless instrument, and held without bond.
