• Melinda Lee, 52, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, and held on a $13,000 bond.
• Christopher Blue, 47, for violation of probation, and held without bond.
• Jacob Crosby, 26, for failure to appear and theft of property third, and held on a $3,000 bond.
• Willow Huggins, 47, for failure to appear, and held without bond.
