Wilson Henry “Bud” Parker

Mr. Wilson Henry “Bud” Parker, age 88, of Andalusia, passed away Thurs., June 15, 2017 at the Andalusia Manor.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Sat., June 17, from Foreman Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Hank Roberts and Brother Lee Joyner officiating. Interment will follow in Andalusia Memorial Cemetery. A visitation will be held Friday from 5:30-8 p.m. at Foreman Funeral Home.

He is survived by his wife, Estelle Parker of Andalusia; sons and daughters-in-law, Jerome and Martha Parker of Andalusia, Jeffery Parker of Troy, and Joe and Candy Parker of Andalusia; eight grandchildren, Jonathan (Misty) Parker, Nicole (Kerry) Varner, Will Parker, Zach Parker, Ben Parker, West Parker, Ashli Parker, and Jeff Parker, Jr.; four great-grandchildren, Jenna Parker, Jacob Parker, Justin Varner, and Rhett Varner; brother and sister-in-law, Jimmy and Wanda Parker of Andalusia; sisters and brothers-in-law, Esther and Boots Parker of Andalusia, Carolyn Boggan of Andalusia, and Betty and Paul Solice of Louisiana; and two sisters-in-law, Nadine Parker of Andalusia and Annette Parker of Stockton, Ala.

Pallbearers will be Jonathan Parker, Will Parker, Zach Parker, Ben Parker, West Parker, Jeff Parker, Jr., and Kerry Varner. Honorary pallbearers will include Gillis Jones, Lee Kirkland, Randel Mikel, and John Woodham.

Castleberry

Mrs. Peggy Lee Castleberry, age 74, of Andalusia, passed away Tues., June 13, 2017, at her residence.

A graveside service will be held 10 a.m., Fri., June 16, 2017, at Andalusia Memorial Cemetery with Keahey Funeral Home directing. The Rev. Allen Joyner will officiate.

The family will receive friends at Keahey Funeral Home from 9 to 9:45 a.m., Friday until time to depart for the cemetery.

Survivors include her son, Thomas Partridge of Ft. Walton Beach, Fla; daughter, Donna Brooks of Evergreen, Ala.; brother, James Wade (Glenda) Lee of Orange Beach, Ala.; sister, Winola Lee Reeher of Andalusia; grandchildren, Victoria (Josh)Williams, John Brooks, Brandon Partridge; and great-grandchildren, Tyler Brooks, Braden Brooks, Tate Brooks, Caden Brooks, Grace Williams, Asher Williams.

 

Brenda Russell

Ms. Brenda Russell, age 73, of Andalusia, passed away Thurs., June 15, 2017, at her residence.

Private memorialization will be handled by the family and Keahey Funeral Home.

Survivors include her sons, Christopher C. Sandidge, III of Las Vegas, and

Ruis (Jane) Sandidge of Birmingham; daughter, Willow Sandidge of Andalusia; brother, Mac (Joy) Russell of Dauphin Island; sisters, Jackie (Biff) Mone of Mentor, Ohio, and Peggy (Vaughn) Stough of Birmingham; grandchildren, Miles, Dustin, Renamae, Dana, and Evan; and one great-grandchild, Reese.
