Charles Dennis Cobb

Mr. Charles Dennis Cobb, 67, of Opp, passed away Mon., June 19, 2017, in Southeast Alabama Medical Center in Dothan.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Fri., June 23, 2017, at Harmony Baptist Church with Brother Greg Cotter and Brother Bill Pritchett officiating. The interment will follow in Harmony Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:30 – 8 p.m. Thursday at Foreman Funeral Home and at the church 30 minutes prior to services.

He is survived by his wife, Rhonda Cobb of Opp; two sons and daughters-in-law, Matthew and Christy Cobb of Andalusia, Patrick and Amanda Cobb of Daphne; four grandchildren, Ryan, Annslee, Emma Grace, and Abigail Cobb; a brother and sister-in-law, Alan and Cindy Cobb of Enterprise; three sisters and brother-in-law, Betty Rakstis of Andalusia, Catherine and Glen Free of Ralph, Ala., and Denise McKinnon of Andalusia.

Pallbearers will include Scott Holmes, Jeremy Holmes, Mike Dye, Steve Dye, Scott Dye, Jeffrey Ludlum, Chris Odom, and Hilton Bozeman.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Guy and Thadie Harrelson Cobb and his sister, Virginia Knight.

Trudie Cobb Steele

Mrs. Trudie Cobb Steele, 88, of Andalusia, passed away Tuesday June 20, 2017 in Pensacola.

Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Fri., June 23, 2017, at Southside Baptist Church with Brother Mike Flowers officiating the service. The interment service will follow in Andalusia Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Friday at Southside Baptist Church.

She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Arnie C. and Hazel Cobb, Jr. of Andalusia; two nephews, Arnie Cobb, III and Shannon Cobb; numerous other friends who became her extended family, along with brothers and sisters of the Order of the Eastern Star.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Collace Steele.
